Graduated from an American University in the State of Louisiana as a Civil Engineer.

Mr. Dafer Mustafa Hallawa, Tadmur Holding (established 1977 under Tadmur Contracting and Trading) Chairman of the Board and CEO, is a visionary that turns dreams, ideas and goals into reality through sound strategy development. 

His exceptional journey at Tadmur traced back since 1985.

Inspired by his vision and in partnership with His Excellency Mr. Nasser Mohammed Nasser Hatab Al Kaabi. 

Mr. Hallawa played a vital role on growth and expansion on one of Qatar's leading business conglomerates with a sole motto: “On your trust we build”, treasuring significant customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Throughout the last decades, Mr. Hallawa has been an inspirational and motivational leader whose grounded actions and vast knowledge benchmarked the entire organizational spirit. 

He strongly stands and opines for taking a leap on sustainable actions today as the best legacy for future generations, as a pioneer of green practices in the private sector in Qatar, Mr. Hallawa champions to reward and encourage local companies to join these endeavors aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030.
