From
its deep believe in up scaling the potential of the human side
of the enterprise and its efforts to contribute to the
development of the private sector in Qatar QBA in collaboration
with Amwal organized on April the 17 2007 a seminar on enhancing
positive organizational behavior “Employee Benefits And Value to
your Key Resource”.
The seminar
introduced the companies’ experiences and the latest strategies
in improving the status of the human capital in the enterprise
and the positive result the company achieves from this policy.
The seminar
was opened by a welcome note from Sheikha Hanadi Bin Nasser Al
Thani
Vice
Chairperson of Amwal ,followed by introductory remarks from
Mr.Issa Abu Issa QBA’s Secretary General and Salam
International CEO.
The
discussion was classified into two topics
Topic
1:”Employee Engagement” by Paul Bellevance, HR Advisor Q-Tel
Who gave an
insight on his company’s approach to the subject
Topic
2:”Employee Benefit” By Greg Hunt, Financial advisor of Amwal.
Hunt
introduced the employee benefit plan which is a creative
strategy lead by Amwal
In order to
empower employees and smartly offer them a good benefits package
that reaches out to their aims and goals.
The session
was followed by a general discussion.
